Das Entfernen von Rost an Uhrenteilen ist sehr einfach und schonend falls richtig durchgeführt.

Elektrolytisches Entrosten
Die einzige akzeptable Methode ist das elektrolytische Entrosten. In einem Bad mit Natronlauge wird mittels Gleichstrom die Rostschicht vollständig entfernt, ohne Angreifen des noch vorhandenen Eisens.
